DELIVERY OF GOODS
You can pick up all orders purchased on our website at Nova Poshta branches or by Meest courier.
MEEST COURIER
- The standard delivery time is 4-9 working days.
- Courier delivery limits are defined by the regulations of the Meest company
NEW POST OFFICE
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. The manager of the online store will inform you of the exact date of delivery of the product when placing the order. Information about the status of the order is also provided in the Personal account. You can also clarify any information about the order by contacting the customer support service at +380 99 18 46 267
If the shipment (parcel) is refused, the client does not pay the cost of delivery.
After sending the order, an SMS message is sent with the TTN number of the order. You can receive your order at any nearest branch of the transport company "Nova Poshta" or order courier delivery to the address you specified. This type of delivery is paid for by Nova Poshta rates.
If you chose to pay for the order by post-payment, you will be charged a commission of UAH 20, which is charged for the money transfer, as well as 2% of the total amount of the order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- The cost, terms and specific delivery service are discussed individually with the manager of the online store.
- Delivery times - from 2 to 4 weeks.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
CASH
- Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods (address delivery by New Post courier).
- This payment option applies only to delivery within the territory of Ukraine.
VISA І MASTERCARD
- Payment of the order online by Visa and MasterCard bank card.
- Please note that with this payment method, product delivery is possible only after confirmation of payment.
CASH ON PAYMENT TC "NOVA POST"
- The payment of the order by cash on delivery is made after the inspection of the parcel for compliance with the order at the branch of the "Nova Poshta" company.
- "Nova Poshta" commission of 2% of the order amount is charged, plus UAH 20 for money transfer.
- If for some reason the order did not suit you, you simply refuse to receive the package and do not pay anything.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Payment through the "PrivatBank" terminal or cash register, the Privat24 application, IBox or other terminals. Payment details will be provided to you by the manager after confirmation of the order.
