Exchange and return
TO RETURN THE GOODS, IT IS NECESSARY:
- put the product in a package (box), seals, tags and labels that belong to this product;
- write to us by mail
- send the product by the Nova Poshta or Meest delivery service.
Important: all costs related to the return / exchange of goods of appropriate quality, purchased in the online store, are borne by the buyer. Some categories of goods, such as bodysuits, are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 M 172. Read more here

Delivery costs in case of product return are borne by the customer, except for cases when the product is returned due to OVERALL's fault.
TERMS AND METHOD OF REFUND:
To the bank card you specified. The refund period is up to 10 working days from the moment of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- goods, the list of which is determined by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, are not subject to return.
- after 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the Customer; in case of incomplete completeness of the sent goods (packaging, labels, tags, labels, etc.) or if the goods have not kept their marketable appearance or have been used.
